I'm really looking forward for the lair to open again, because I have this oc whose a half-elf field medic who spends his spare time tending to patients in the clinic whenever he's not on a mission. Plus, he's working in an organization that's a combo of R.I.P.D, that one Bureau in Hellboy and tumblr user's Inonibird's Insaeograpghy but almost everyone there is either an idiot, psychotic, reckless or all three.

As long as you give some details about the setting and organization, I don’t see why you can’t submit him after the lair opens.

Motives would drive people at different times like, say for example, Allan: while he'd typically try to just skate by and last as long as he could, with the right motive he would definitely cave and take action OR THAT MOTIVE COULD JUST NEVER HAPPEN. [LOUD SHRUGGING]

I could probably figure something out if I had...idk, a guideline? like "here is your obstacle course run some people through it" but making this stuff up from scratch is impossible c___c

oh man Reed CAN but he chooses not to and Allan's got nowhere near that kind of longevity HAHA (especially since he's trashed literally all of his abilities as a Ninetales) (there's probably a couple people in his family who are that ancient tho)
