I’m so excited to say that we’re finally open for interactions though, so please feel free to post and respond to starters and starter calls!
Please make sure you’re following everyone on the blogroll here. I know a few people aren’t done with their blogs yet, and that’s completely fine, but please try to get them done as soon as possible!
Please be sure to mark the date, time, and setting in all of your starters and replies. At the moment, the date in game will match real time except the year will be 2028, which means that the timestamp today is October 13th, 2028. Tomorrow, the timestamp will be October 14, 2028 and so on. When there is an event, I will probably slow down the timestamp for the duration of the plot drop, but I’ll be sure to make that clear in the event post.
You’re more than welcome to do flashback interactions – just make sure you mark the date, time, and setting in your posts! Do not set any threads after the current timestamp though.
Remember that you must post an introduction, so everyone can have something to refer to if they want to know more about your character. It doesn’t have to be long at all, just enough to give us a sense of what they’re like. If you haven’t posted your introduction(s) yet, please try to do so as soon as possible because it makes plotting a lot easier for everyone. When you’re finished with your introduction, be sure to post it in the discord.
Everyone must like all the introductions that are posted, so you can bookmark them for later. It’s also a good way to break the ice in case you’re feeling a little shy about approaching someone for plots. You can find everyone’s introductions in the discord or on our signal boost blog here.
Remember that it’s in the rules that you must reach out and plot with at least three people because I want to make sure that everyone is making an effort to plot with each other. I know that most of us already know each other, so hopefully it won’t be too difficult for us to build connections with each other, but I strongly encourage you to plot with everyone, especially people you aren’t familiar with or don’t usually plot with.
If you reblog an ask meme, you should send out memes to everyone else who’s reblogged one in order to pay it forward. You can find the ask memes people have reblogged in the discord channel.
Please remember to tag all open starters with #inferistarter. Please DO NOT tag closed starters with that tag because we don’t want to clog it. Since the tags tend to act up, I will also be linking any open starters I see in the discord and also reblogging them to our signal boost blog. Please feel free to just link your starter in the discord channel if you don’t want to wait around for me -- I probably won’t catch it right away.
Please respond to two open starters for every starter you post. Because we’re just starting out, this rule doesn’t really apply yet because there aren’t any open starters at the moment, but please keep it in mind for later! You’re more than welcome to post private starters, but please make sure there are still open starters for everyone to respond to so no one feels left out.
