Even with most ⎛ almost all ⎠ of his abilities sealed away, Wilnas was always drawn to fire- or those who felt like they had some connection to it. Maybe it was his nature as the Wedge of Fire, or maybe it was due to the fact that he was a dragon. Even if he didn't feel like one, hadn't Galleon told him that they were still the Wedges at their cores? Before she vanished, of course, likely to return to the skies and the earth over which she held dominion. He couldn't really blame her- he found that he missed the skies as well. He missed the other dragons and the singularity- but he also quite enjoyed the surface world of Spirale.
Ah, but back to the matter at hand! The person before him could very well have been a Primal of some sort- because Wilnas couldn't really justify categorizing him as anything else- not that it was likely for him to be a Primal, but holding onto familiarity had still helped the dragon navigate Spirale.
❝ Why hello! ❞ Wilnas is bright and rather forward, and he's still learning that maybe that's intimidating- or maybe people would want their personal space, but this was his chance to learn more about mortals still! Per usual, he threw caution to the wind. That, and this man seemed to be grabbing some ingredients to make a meal, and if nothing else, Wilnas was determined to learn how to cook- so that if he ever returned to the skies, he'd be able to surprise the others with newfound skill.
❝ If I may ask, what is it that you plan to make with all of that? ❞
