let me tell you what it's like as a child rape survivor to have friends turn away from you and have your own community turn against you and gang up on you and make up bullshit reasons for doing so, because you dare acknowledge that child rape is a massive systemic issue that runs through the veins of this monstrous society.
part of the problem is that no one fucking wants to hear about it. of course they don't. but things don't stop happening just because you stop hearing about them.
we're trying and they're shooting the fucking messengers. "they" meaning people on ALL sides of the political spectrum.
our own so called "allies"?? want. us. to. shut. the. fuck. up.
