"Well, it was really the tanning salon bills, ma'am —" the plaintiff began.

"'Your honor'!" snapped the pink-clad judge.

"— your honor," the woman corrected, "that needed to be resolved."

"Uh-huh," the judge acknowledged curtly. She turned to the defendant. "Well, it's pretty apparent to me that you, madam, have more bleach in your hair than cells in your brain! And remember what we said about beauty? Beauty fades... dumb is forever. And you, madam [as she faced the plaintiff again], ought to know better than to deal with such obviously stupid people if you're going to let them under your roof! Capisce?! Judgment for the plaintiff in the amount of $970."

"That's not fair! That bitch cheated me!" the defendant screeched.

As the plaintiff nearly launched herself across the courtroom, the judge's voice rang out as she slammed her gavel.

"Order in the court! I WILL HAVE ORDER!"
