Precious daylight for knitting.
And the Wavelength Wrap is out!
Inspired by the rainbows of light against a wall when sunlight passes through a multi-faceted glass, Wavelength is a wrap worked in slip stitch, using increases and decreases to add movement to the stitches. @fiberopticyarns Over the Rainbow Infinity Fade plus one skein of Kashmir in the colorways Justice and Kindness are used for the wrap you see here.
Purchase through Ravelry or Payhip includes pdf for pattern in the original striping shown, as well as an additional pdf of alternative striping sequences.
From June 1 until June 10, receive a 20% discount by using coupon code PRISMATIC.

Coming Saturday!
Thank you all for your interest in the Wavelength Wrap. It is incredibly gratifying.
And a huge thank you to Kimber of FiberOpticYarns, whose Over the Rainbow Infinity Fade started me down the path to this design and whose support through the whole process has been an immense help.
Way back when I was a new knitter, I used to want to make the knitting pattern exactly as pictured. It took a while for the owner of my local yarn shop to convince me that I could change out color and such. What makes me bring this up? Well, I'm just letting you know that you can put together other combinations for Wavelength. Fiber Optic Yarns has the Fractal Infinity Fade that can work as a drop-in replacement with full skeins of the individual colors. And Sundance Infinity Fade would work great with a couple neutrals for the two-color stripe section.
A reminder that the code PRISMATIC is good for a 20% discount until Monday, June 10.
The Wavelength Wrap is on the blocking board. Hallelujah!
I am at the point where I think to myself, "This wrap has got some length to it now." (And yes, I did go back and change the wording on that previous sentence.) That said, I still have a ways to go.
It is hard for me to pick out a favorite color in this set because they all have some kind of interest for me.
Making progress....
