The Breakdown: ✨Come into your #sidelyingsplit ✨Sling knee over/behind shoulder ✨Catch the lifted foot with opposite hand & work to extend the leg straight ✨Bend bottom knee ✨Reaching to the inside of the lifted leg, catch the bottom foot with your top hand ✨Continue to maintain a straight line so lengthen the bottom knee towards the bottom of your mat ✨NOTE: you can also practice this pose with the strap between your top foot and your bottom hand. . .
