Information - Academic holder culture is longing for every piece of information you can get, wanting to know everything, every so small information but your brain is due to dissociation and general human capacity not ' made ' to know or hold everything you want to know. I want to get us further academically yet dissociation seems to make it ' impossible '.

Dissociation gets in the way of so much :< the only real thing I can recommend is writing down as much as you can (if you aren’t doing that already) because you can still gather information even if you don’t necessarily remember it or “know” it. For dissociation in general, see if any grounding techniques work! It does get better with time, healing, and effort :>
