I committed the cardinal American sins of 1) Not reading, and 2) Assuming we are the only country on Earth (no one is immune) and accidentally ordered 26 vintage city pins from Ukraine instead of the U.S. That's actually an okay substitute for what I want to use them for, but you know what that means: Time to learn about countries that are not America! I'd like to know more about these, and if anyone on here has both knowledge and time to message or talk to me about their significance, that would be really cool (I also have a cyrillic keyboard on my phone and can google things if no one knows).

In any case, I stand my reply, as I think the overarching sentiment of that DeuxMoi anon is that Armie Hammer is a good man who cares for others despite not being the paragon of perfection that many of his detractors expect him to be. It’s a good reminder that we are all flawed human beings just doing the best we can with what we know.

TFA timeline help needed

So, I rarely write TFA stuff because Han/Leia is my ship of choice and I prefer to live in a world where they (and Luke) weren't all blown to hell. But I got an idea for a kind of TFA fix-it fic that is bugging me to write it. So. Do we know - How old Ben Solo was when they sent him to Luke to be trained? When (or how old Ben Solo was) the Knights of Ren destroyed the new Jedi Order? Did Han leave Leia right after that, or was it a couple years after that? Did Luke disappear right away, or was there any kind of time gap there? It is an AU, so obviously it doesn't need to actually fit canon, but I was thinking it would be nice if it sort of fit. I tried looking on Wookiepedia and a couple of other sources and came up empty on dates. So maybe somebody here knows?
