*K-Vod stood his ground despite the fact that he could hear a growing number of ing approaching him* Then I have nothing to fear, light purges darkness so it seems that you are the one who should be worried. *K-Vod shot out a beam of light into the air from his staff revealing a horde of ing that had gathered around him* (I tire of fighting these beings...) *The ing lashed out at K-Vod, K-Vod stabbed his staff into the ground, creating a shield of light around him. Also destroying the ing that had jumped out at him*

*The Alpha continued to stare at the luminoth* You cannot kill us. We thrive in the dark. We breath in the darkness. You cannot destroy darkness, therefore neither can you destroy us. Don't you see luminoth? We are the dark.

*K-Vod spun his staff and held it in a protective stance as he and the larger ing walked in circles* I am here to vanquish your species from the universe. We will never forgive you for what you did to our sacred planet!

*The ing creeped behind the luminoth warrior in their dark domain, it wasn't long before the Alpha dropped from above in front of the warrior. Alpha initially made strange noises and shrieks before it finally adjusted to the common tongue of the various species in the galaxy* What are you doing here luminoth? Your light will not save you here.

*K-Vod walked through the dark world, unaware of where to look for the dimensions's energy due to the fat that he was unfamiliar with the Drelion's layout. He clutched his staff as he walked through the muck of dark matter. He heard whispers and strange noises but still could not see an ing*

*K-Vod finally landed on Drelion, the planets surface was a mess, he stepped out of his ship and looked around* (Hmm, it seems that the ing have almost completely ravaged this planet. No sign of life. I hope that those who have been slain have found peace.) *There were many dark portals across the surface, K-Vod walked into the nearest one, unsure of what he would find on the other side*

*After dawning a set of fully plated armor that overlaid his entire body, K-Vod picked up a staff that looked similar to the light crystals that were placed in Dark Aether. He focused towards an adjacent wall with the staff and a light beam shot out, piercing through the wall* K-Vod: This will be a fitting weapon to use against the ing. *He hooked the staff into the back of his armor and grabbed some other relics. A luminoth pistol that fired dark and light energy but its biggest allure was that it could fire Annihilator shots as well. Satisfied with his newly acquired arsenal, K-Vod flew up towards the top of the Great Temple and found his ship. Crafted with a mixture of Space Pirate and Federation technology since their ships were left abandoned, he used the parts to create his own ship. K-Vod hopped into the cockpit, he activated the ships thrusters and the ship lifted up. He maneuvered through Aether's atmosphere and headed for Drelion*
