So last week I started with the Blogilates Beginners schedule for exercising, but to be honest I got bored. Everytime I try to do their videos I get bored. Not that they are no good, they are, they are just not for me. I like to be pushed and go fast, Insanity style.
So on the weekend I got Insanity Max:30 and started yesterday and Oh My God! it’s so good! I absolutely love it! All day yesterday I was sore and this morning I couldn’t even sit on the toilet hahahaha, still pushed through and I’m so glad I started this.
I had done Insanity before, made it to a month and then had to stop because a past knee injury stopped me. I had to quit for a while and then I couldn't get back on track with it. I really like Insanity Max because of the modifications, sure I did them on my own with Insanity, but here they have a specific modifier which is awesome because I can do the exercises correctly.
So today was Day 2 of Insanity Max and it killed me but I made it through! So happy and excited!! I will try and post daily here, but on mfp I’m killing it!
