PERIWINKLE Please and thank you ^^
Periwinkle: What’s something ordinary that has personal meaning to you?
Mod Gaster here! And apples is my answer! I eat one everyday after dinner, which is usually in the middle of Skype calls. It became a thing after Papu pointed out that I’m always eating apples, so now it’s another symbol of myself.
Mod Paps: Lilacs for me. At my old house we had a lilac tree. Every 3 years or so it would bloom and we would go and cut a bunch to bring inside. When they didn’t bloom at home, we’d go around our neighborhood (which had a TON of lilac trees and bushes) and pick those. We don’t do it as often anymore, but whenever I see lilac bushes I always steal some for home. [Lmao apples mean more to Gaster than they’re letting on and it’s totally my fault]Mod Blooky: Hmm for me it’s abalone shells. I grew up around the ocean and my dad loved to fish. The shops in the harbor always had them and I really wanted one until my dad brought home a big one home for me from his fishing trip. I still have it somewhere but the shells remind me of better times <3
Mod Monsterkid (MK): I have a fascination with stones~! Back before my parents got divorced, we used to go out on hikes, camping, visit reserves, swimming at the river etc. During these trips, I would spend a lot of time picking through rocks with my mom and dad and taking home a new stone to add to my growing collection. I have a wide range of rocks and minerals that range from common but unique to rare and valuable.
Mod Chara: I’m nearly always wearing a jacket of sorts. Of course I dress depending on the weather, but it only fluctuates as much as a light jacket for heat and a thick jacket for cold. Actually, I’ve been told this isn’t very ordinary so this might not fit, but doesn’t everyone wear jackets? Haha, not wear I live- where summers are a constant 98 degrees Fahrenheit or higher, and the winters are usually above 70 (except the times when they are below 70, and then I cry ;~;). I’ve worn a jacket outside for 3 hours straight in 90+ degrees...but more for the sun than the cold, it’s not cold. This “obsession” of sorts has actually gotten to the point where everyone just expects me to wear a jacket, and if I don’t (or change to a different one) it’s the first thing anyone notices. I’m almost scared to take off my jacket now...I should rethink my life. (0_0;)
