I’m busy in the middle of edits for A Symposium in Space, but one of the characters from that universe is visiting the Cauldron. Just be careful, since he appears to be out to convert readers to the ways of Dionysus, his own particular version of Dionysus. (wry grin)

Speaking of characters taking over, Quartz is enjoying an unseasonal concoction of eggnog and mead, sitting on the fourth wall, and complaining non-stop about his adopted daughter’s ex to a couple of vampires. Yup, it’s time for Secondary Characters Speak Out. This time he’s got Juliet (from M.D. Neu’s The Calling) and Albert (from Addison Albright’s The Recruit and The Choice) talking to him at the Formerly Forbidden Cauldron...or listening to him rant, trying to keep him from falling off the wall...:)

It used to be that food would come you whenever an adventurer attacked your lair, looking for glory and treasure. Now that ‘hunting monsters is wrong’, what’s a monster to do? She actually has to go hunting for food herself instead of waiting for it to come to her...ugh! 

Hopefully some tender young adventurers will drop by, in spite of it being out of fashion...:)=
