My Christmas gift came in early and is finally here courtesy of my bruv @karrod86, It's the Shure SE215 IEM, they are one of the best In The Ear Monitors out there by one of the best brands. It is a trip to get acquainted to them as they need to be worn in a specific manner for perfect hearing and noise cancellation and it will take a while before you could figure that out, but once you do & they fit perfectly, you will get a mad ass studio experience, nothing that you've ever heard before.
