Ok, so I figured out.. I can like a comment if it's in a private message, but that's it. No others.

Posting an Instagram picture is an entire day event for me tbh

Instagram not letting me use hyphens in my name and forcing me to use underscores like it’s 2008 is homophobic

i couldn't see the comment hearts until i updated the app!

I deleted the app and reinstalled just a little bit ago. Did nothing. I’ll try seeing if there’s an update.

Wait. You right, my bad. I just have the little hearts on the right hand side of the comment. They're supposed to show up when you click on "view comments"

But they donnnnnt. 😫

this is what I see on a page of comments on Insta. No heart. No way to like.

to like an Instagram comment u have to go to the list of all the comments on a post then there should be a little heart on the far right side of that comment. I don't know how to do it if you can't get to the list tho (I've got an iPhone 6)

Nah, we can like comments. You swipe left on the comment and a little heart icon pops up

Nope. All I get when I swipe left is the trash can icon in red and then it deletes the comment.
