I feel like regardless of how idiotic Tumblr can be sometimes, it’s still probably the best place to put out your content if you are a starting artist who is trying to get your fanarts out there.

Twitter is spewed with nonsensical trash and unless your a famous artist with tons of followers, most people won’t be able to look for your stuff. And Instagram is riddled with reposts of other people’s work. That and there isn’t a way to reblog people’s posts so you have to hope that someone finds your fanart.

Atleast with tumblr people can find your work using the tags and you’re more likely to get your work out there and have people see it. Now if only Tumblr would stop being so dumb and quit making stupid decisions that can ruin this site.
