hello baby :3 this is absolutely what i want everyone to do! there's nothing wrong with having personal boundaries and warnings are exactly there for this reason
it's reallyyyy not that hard bc i do it myself 😭 i follow blogs and writers who post stuff i sometimes cannot even get myself to open and that's totally fine and they still have the right to indulge and write whatever they want!!! bc can simply read the warnings and not click on it
i guess my rant was more about how people will think they are in the "clear" as in "oh what I write is not as "bad" as what some other people write" and then they will use "lighter" tags and warnings which is just delusional
i have seen stuff tagged as dubcon and the fic is quite literally a safe word being ignored like guys....? i wish stuff would be tagged better so people like me who are pretty much okay with anything so they read a lot of dark content wouldn't have to read stuff they're actually Not okay with bc some writers are trying to make stuff more ??? palatable?? i guess if that makes sense
