Honestly, since I don't have much info on the situation, I guess I would just say that maybe you should tell someone like their parent or a therapist or something? Because as just a friend it's hard to get any control on the situation, and a therapist/outsider official can look at it without as much bias? Sorry, if I'm not much help? Otherwise, as a friend you just kinda have to be steadfastly by their side? (hahaha I'm a terrible friend though so I really don't know...)

I think you definitely should go with what you like the most/feel most happy with. Besides if down the road you find out that you want to learn engineering, you can always go back to school for that. There’s technically no age limit for college (then again I’m coming from a US perspective so…).

views on education are relatively similar here i think

and idk im not too worried about my future as an artist but theres always that risk i guess

I'm having a hard time accessing the read mores? Most of them say 'Post not Found'?

Yes, I’ve noticed that too and its actually a problem I’ve been experiencing on my end as well. When I try and open some of the posts on the blog particularly the masterposts won’t allow for editing any longer. they only show up with a read more right in the dashboard and it takes me to a not found page. Twice already they’ve been posted and tumblr just won’t let them work. If those are the ones than I am so sorry dude but I am in the same boat at this point. I likely will have to delete them because I no longer have a saved copy.
