Like any technology, especially when Apple comes out out with the next new thing - there will be copy cats and engineers that try to build a better mousetrap. Given this huge market - it's the CES sweet spot of technology, so if you can't afford the Apple's iPad - you now have a lot of other, albeit - maybe not better choices. Our alt picks?
