After completing In the Shadow of the Mountain, I was convinced MC had a crush on Sebastian by the way they interacted, so I took that and ran with it. Short snippet of this scene in the WIP fic I'm writing below the cut as well as a few screenshots from the cutscene preceding it.

"Please.  Talk to the Keepers.  If not for me, then for Anne," Sebastian pleaded.

Hellendil stood a long moment before nodding the affirmative.  He was still skeptical, believing all of this was too good to be true, but asking the Keepers about it couldn't hurt.  "I'll do it, Sebastian.  I'll talk to them," he replied, turning back to face him.

Sebastian was thrilled.  Finally a promising lead!  Anne would be better before the end of term if Hellendil could convince the Keepers to teach him Isadora's spell.  He looked back at his Ravenclaw companion, a smile curling across his lips.  He could no longer contain himself.  He marched straight up to Hellendil, reached up to cradle his head in his hands and pulled him in for a kiss.  

Hellendil's surprise was written plainly across his face as Sebastian's lips met his.  Had he changed his mind about him?  Hellendil had been pining for his classmate for months without any hint of reciprocation.  In fact they hadn't even spoken about what happened the day he'd inadvertently divulged his attraction to him, though Ominis had urged him on several occasions to speak with Sebastian about how he felt.  He didn't know where this was going to lead, but he would take this moment and cherish it.  He relaxed into the kiss, closing his eyes and letting his hands come to rest on Sebastian's arms.
