I feel you, dude. I just want a girl who likes to smoke, play games, go to cool shows, and have their own life on top of being with me. It seems, in my experience, that that is a lot to ask for.
The thing is, I get asked out by a lot of guys looking for The One in me cuz like I'm pretty and smart and talented and like video games yadda yadda yadda perfect right (disclaimer: these are all things I've heard a lot I really don't like bragging) tl;dr I'm a hot enough commodity
But what they don't get is that I ain't no manic pixie dream girl I'm just a fuckin nerd who likes shit like art and writing and gaming but also fuckin programming and physics and science and math and can't devote her life to your intense fuckin issues sorry
And my beef with finding bfs/gfs is finding people who will
a) be in that "dream scheme" (Automatically excluding all people who are looking for a manic pixie dream girl to SAVE them since yeah they have to be chill)
b) have enough brainpower to keep up with me as well as appreciate good art and good music etc (I like just about every genre too man like genre aint even an issue)
c) think that what I'm into is cool (or at least cool about me) and not belittle me for what I like
And like how are these standards so impossible to fulfill literally I just need a decent-looking kind interesting chill person and yet that population is not attracted to me or some shit
that or they don't exist
why is everything so hard to ask for man it's not like I'm asking for the nicest hottest smartest etc person on the planet hell I don't even want that shit thatd make me feel inadequate
