Soooo.... I did not think through rolling a tiefling when we began Curse of Strahd. The village in the beginning didn’t seem to have a problem with me. But once we got to Villaki, people were a bit... perturbed by my appearance. A player might get a little discouraged at this. But me... I’ve been taking advantage of it hard core.
I convinced a priest I was willing to confess for my devilish sins and spoke to him private, bending his pinky back until he gave me info.
I followed a suspicious fellow into his home where I went invisible and used thaumaturgy to scare the shit out of him into thinking I was a ghost.
Then, while still invisible, I appeared in the tavern playing “I Will Survive”. And used the fading invisibility spell to make a grand entrance. Which drew a nice crowd and I rolled really high on performance.
And I’ve convinced the circus ring leader I was part of my own little freakshow and out did his story telling. (He was a little mad but I made it up to him.)
The towns people are current enamored with me and also terrified. I’m taking suggestions for nicknames. The Devil Wonder of Vallaki? The Enchanted Devil? The Horned Poet? I’ll think of more later.
