56: What do you usually do first in the morning?
Well, first I have to turn off my alarm and my fan! But those are kind of necessary. The first ‘conscious’ thing I do is make my bed! :D

hey!! i just wanted to let you know ive been in this situation before. if you're able to, record your voice for them, telling them all you need to say. for me, it's much easier to believe someone if I can hear them say it out loud! aaaa, hope this helps;;
actually, that’s a really good idea!! I hadn’t thought of this; it would be much easier to just get everything out in one go and then send it to him. and also much less nerve-wracking and terrible. thank you!!
