"I think this bot plays favorites," Lewis groused. "I was making jokes at him all day and I didn't even get a chuckle. I don't think he gets humor. He just likes you."
A.R.T.'s joints whirred as he turned a glance towards Lewis. "I perfectly understand the concepts of humor, Detective Pepper. But with all due respect,-" he paused a beat, and despite the lack of mouth, Lewis could hear the wry smile. "-I will laugh when you say something funny."
