This group focused their research on following an orthotopic tumour through its growth and treatment. They were able to use the SARRP with its on board cone beam ct plus bioluminescence image device to successfully monitor the growth of the tumour and define the treatment area. They were also able to demonstrate the SARRP treated only the targeted area by immunofluorescent detection of y-H2Ax.
