Contrary to Irving ISD’s statement about Ahmed Mohamed’s clock, there is absolutely nothing in Irving ISD’s student code of conduct that would suggest it is in any way a prohibited item that should result in the suspension/expulsion of a student. See page 12 of the pdf.
