Cooking in your own kitchen really is something else.
My parents are both isolating in their room with COVID, so I have had the run of the kitchen to myself for the last few days. It is still my parents’ kitchen! But the simple face that I am in charge of all the meals now ---that I decide when the plates get washed and what goes in the freezer and what gets cooked--- already catapulted my enjoyment of cooking 200%.
Star Wars Battlefront 2
Is hecking good!
Campaign: Immersive! Fun! Missions vary a good deal one to another. It’s a little short imo but really really great overall. Iden is bae. Del is the soul mate we All want. Definitely replayable.
Multi: maybe I’m not the best one to judge since multi isn’t my thing but tbh it’s been a long time since any game has had a multi I’ve been interested in. I don’t usually have this much fun dying a lot but I’m really enjoying it. Battles feel big, and I like the options for choosing how to play. Now to get my k/d ratio into whole numbers 😅
Arcade: this kind of game mode is my bread and butter. I live for this stuff and it’s been fun all around. Provides a challenge if and when I want it. Can make and play wacky game modes. It’s just fun.
Overall: it’s good! It’s not perfect. It’s definitely geared for people who play shooters a lot. ( my fast twitch reflexes are not quite up to snuff.) but the game modes are fun and compelling if challenging. It’s authentically star wars and Battlefront. Like the old Battlefront I played on PS2. Its graphically gorgeous. Sound design is good. The gunplay and controls are rock solid and satisfying. The Guns are almost too punchy to be blasters. I’m enjoying it immensely. I’ll definitely be logging a lot of hours.
105 dAyZ.

lmao i make a twitter thread on my spam acc reacting to each movie when i watch it. the hulk one ended up being so long it lagged twitter. that wasn’t the first time i’ve done that either oops.
also, this is random, but my friend invited me and some other people to watch lord of the rings and play d&d tomorrow at her house but then apparently her mom changed her mind or something so now i can’t go :( i really wanted to go since i didn’t make it to her birthday party + i’ve never been to her house. + i’ve never seen lord of the rings either. i feel like her house would look really cool tho.
