It's astounding how much has changed here since 2007. Dhaka now prominently boasts modern high rises that shine above the city where 12 years ago there may have just been dust, dirt, and a stray dog. I stopped in the stairwell to soak it all in, not unlike the solar panels that are now on almost every tall-enough rooftop. That's the spirit, Bangladesh!
