I have to say that this project really was like working with the dream team.
It was such a combined effort of people really trying to make something awesome. I once asked how the Director Ish Sahotay how he would describe himself in one sentence and he said "A guy with a fashion beard". He does in fact have a fashion beard, but that's not all I would say about him. He is weird and wacky, incredibly enthusiastic and creatively brave. He doesn't say things and expect you to agree with him, he offers up suggestions in the hope that the discussions, collaborations and wisdoms of others will add to the beauty or effect of the overall project. Something that makes a unique Director.
The Producer Sam Chitty, was incredible as always. It was with Sam that I worked on my first commercial as a Production Assistant. A Tango campaign for Britvic Soft Drinks in which ordinary people turn into bright orange Body Builders that couldn't stop saying AGHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
Taste it also had the gorgeous and incredibly talented Marion Bergin, shared owner of Bitching and Junkfood (http://www.bitchingandjunkfood.com/) as Art Director. Her styling was such an integral part of the whole film. Not to mention, it is her hands we see cutting off a bejewelled finger modelled off of her own hand.
