Once someone ever asked to Our Beloved Prophet an act which is very much advised to do. The Prophet said it three times: “don’t get angry, don’t get angry, don’t get angry”. 

I am practicing to be able to control my emotion, be more mature, a wiser human being. Very practical steps I heard from an Islamic scholar to control emotion (anger, anxiety, depression): taking wudhu or ablution (wiping face, arms, feet, forehead, and some other parts of our body), move your body (if you are sitting down, then get up. If you stand up then try to walk), inhales-hold-exhales (count to five for each), move your lip up to the right and left (smile and hold it for 10 seconds). 

Heart is the source of healthiness physically, mentally and emotionally. So, keep our heart clean :)

A message conveyed by the Ustadz (an islamic priest) during the breaking fasting time at the 12th day of Ramadhan, in Javanese language: Sopo pengin sukses dunyo akhirat, kuncine.. Nguwongno uwong, nyenengno uwong, nggatekno uwong, ora nggelakno uwong. 

It means, who ever wants to reach a true happiness in the world and the hereafter, some practical rules: 1) humanise human, 2) make other people happy, 3) regard other people fully, 4) do not let other people down.

"Did he not realise that Allah is watching?" Be conscious of your Creator, He is watching you wherever you are. You can hide from the entire world and from yourself too, but not from Allah(Azzawajjal). How many times it happens, when we do something wrong and hide it from others, and sometimes from our ownselves too. We deny, ignore, forget our sins, but Allah knows it all, He sees it all. But He is Al-Haleem, the one who is not immediate in punishing. He gives you chances upon chances.. utilize them, be mindful that there is always an eye on you and protect yourselves from sins.
