YES. You nailed it completely. I mean if you look at it, it’s not like Martha was forgotten either. Or Donna. I mean yeah Martha was able to come back in s4, but Donna knew of her. Same with in Planet of the Dead, Ten mentioned Donna.

Exactly!! In fact, the only time he stops mentioning past companions is after he turns into Eleven. Hmmm. >.>
Personally, also, as someone who loved Rose, I felt like every time he mentioned her made me feel a little better. It was a connection for me, too. Like he'd mention Rose and I'd sigh and be all "Rose" and it was just so poignant and sad but realistic, and just yes.

Um... a story. When I was editor for my college newspaper we went to a conference in Corpus Christi, and I decided that even though we were away from the paper for a week we needed to have a budget meeting (which is what we called our story idea meetings) and we decided to have it in the ocean. So there was my entire editorial board in the water when something nibbled my toe. We ran screaming out of the water like idiots. To this day I still get made fun of over this. That's all I've got really.
I don’t know how to respond. Like i love hearing little stories like this. When people tell me their memories and I just sit here like. Once I got sung by a bee..??????? Other peope? Stuff? What?
