I stand with J2. Everyone getting so offended by the joke & blowing it out of context need to get over themselves. Both Jared and Jensen warned against telling, they didn’t even want to tell it but the audience pushed for it so they got what they asked for even after Jared telling them it’d be offensive. Don’t go on a witch hunt on J2, be angry at the audience for making them tell it, or Creation for not stepping in and controlling a situation that they were obviously uncomfortable with. Don’t sick and try to make them out to be such bad people when they are not. They do NOT condone rape or sexual harassment and y’all know that. Get off ur freaking high horse and chill out, go get laid or something. Leave these guys alone. That joke has been around for years, they didn’t make it up there on the spot. Don’t like the joke, fine. But do NOT condemn Jared and Jensen because u don’t, don’t sit and try to ruin they’re reputations and careers because u wanna be a petty little asshole. I’m gonna stand and support these guys against the haters in the fandom because they did nothing wrong. There are people who say way, way worse that u should actually be offended by. Leave them alone and go worry about ur own lives. These men are wonderful human being and I will always love and support them.

I am beyond furious and disappointed in the Supernatural fandom right now. But I'm not at all surprised since we're so good at fighting. I have read multiple things saying that there will no longer be spn conventions and the show may even get cancelled because everyone is freaking out over the rape joke. The joke that Jared whispered to Jensen because he didn't want us to hear it. And instead of us respecting his privacy we had to push him until he told it. Then we decided to freak out over a joke that anyone else could say and none of us would bat an eye, in fact we would laugh. So yes I support J2 through this. No one these days can take a joke and it's outrageous. So to the people that are freaking out over the joke, thank you for ruining things for those of us that aren't being childish. I'm so glad that I won't get to meet my heroes now, thank you.

So I discovered something about myself: I am a hypocrite.

All this backlash on Jensen and Jared has opened my eyes to how easy I pass judgment. How I shun and shame claiming I stand for a good cause, when I have no facts or information. I am judge, jury, and executioner.

#MeToo was a supposed to be a way for us victims of sexual abuse to have a voice and tell our story. Instead it has been twisted into another opportunity to spread lies and hate.

Well I won't be apart of it anymore. Im gonna gather facts. Im gonna pay attention to whose being accused and what they are accused of. I may give my opinion but not without knowledge.

If good men like Jensen and Jared are being attacked, how many others? I won't be one of the attackers anymore.

I always wanted to be a journalist and for a long time I resisted going back to college and getting a degree. These bogus articles have changed my mind.

I have one small voice but i want to be a voice people can trust. And I promise from now on that's who I will be.

Everyone deserves a chance.

Please stop the hate going around, they don’t deserve it, they love us all but they are only human.
