Yeah, they’re still too high, have actually gone up a little bit and my doctor is back to suspecting it might be autoimmune hepatitis. Which is...yeah. I’ve been put on a high dose of cortisone to see if it’ll push my liver readings back down to a more normal level and I’m having some new blood tests taken tomorrow to check, but--
Cortisone? Not a fun medicine to be on. Can’t sleep, my body’s practically vibrating and I’m feeling restless and jittery and it’s also messing with my anxiety and depression a lot. Haven’t been to work since monday, and I’m currently on sick leave for at least one more week, maybe more. Meeting my doctor on the 25th to see about extending my sick leave, but I’m not sure by how much. All in all, it’s a bit of a mess right now, and I apologize if I seem a bit distant and stuff. It’s not you, I promise, I’m just having a hard time focusing and I’m not quite feeling well enough to even have casual conversations through DMs either.
