it's always when watching a typical bodyswap scenario that i'm hit with how amazing actors are. like. they're doing literal magic. not entirely sure they're not Actually bodyswapping tbh

I love winter. I love wearing wool, gloves, sweaters, turtlenecks, hats, scarves and bundling up. I love the warmth from holding that hot cup of tea, coffee, or cocoa when everything else around coated in coldness. I love the brisk, cool air. The grey sky. I love the winter aesthetic.
And I love a snow day like today. It’s snowing outside, all my meetings were cancelled, and I’m fortunate enough to have a roof over my head, heat and electricity, a fridge full of food, a few bottles of wine, chocolate cake, two boxes of brownie mix, several shelves of books, and Netflix. These are good days.
Oh- I’ve only just realised (on third viewing) that in ‘In The Public Interest’ that 2nd scene with the hotel receptionist was probably meant to be Bodie and Doyle pretending to be gay, camping and flirting with each other to keep their gay youth organisation cover- it’s just that that is *exactly* how they always behave around each other (and it’s actually toned down a little in that scene) so it didn’t even occur to me they were trying to be undercover- good lord
i could walk in on someone murdering my entire family and if "Come On Eileen" was playing, i'd be like "HOLD THE FUCK UP" and start dancing
