...So...my collection of really good and super cheap math texts has grown again.... The top two just arrived
#math is awesome okay?#and these books are only like...10-20$ each#for (under)graduate level math textbooks#and they're usually really really good too#they're almost always just reprints of out-of-print texts from decades ago#but the math is still just as valid (mostly)#It's mostly notational changes#like the linear algebra book leaves off the brackets around vectors and matrices#and when it really needs to keep them separate it puts them in double pipes#which looks weird#but you get used to it#the math typesetting is also really good overall#if you ever need math texts#try these#they're by the publisher Dover#they also reprint other out-of-print academic books#on all sorts of esoteric stuff#my copy of the Egyptian Book of the Dead is also a Dover reprint#although it's currently lost
