The Red Veil is so strange...

They claim to hate dictatorship and loathe cult tactics, and yet they all dress like vampiric demon worshipers and speak in this cryptic, almost purposefully flowery lingo. Also they never call Rigel by his actual name and treat his warframes like demigods.

At least, that's what I think they're doing.
