"♪Have you heard, Have you heard? About this girl who was ripped up by her roots. Have you heard, what she learned? Like humility you win when you lose♪", a feminine voice, light yet firm, sang in a melody that filled the void of a world so livid and bleak. A place barren like a desert yet cool like midnight where the only flora are dead tress that provide as decoration and the sky so ever moonless and starless acted more like a blanket that covered this world with impenetrable darkness. The incursion of other worldly creatures become heedful to the dulcet escaping from the lady's lips. Her crimson eyes flashed red taking note of the oncoming legions of demons charging towards her "♪I have learned, I have learned, the most horrifying nights have an end. I was hurt, I was lost. In the dark I found a way to a friend♪", the foreign smell blood begins to perfume the expanse of the cadaverous world as the female slash, bite, and lacerated her way through them. As the demon blood emanated from their gashes the woman bit into the wound and drank wholeheartedly, satiating the hunger for blood inside of her. Averting her attention towards the remaining hellions she beckoned them to come and dare attack her once again. This time however, the desire to attack the woman across them had been lost, they hissed and growl in defeat as they forfeit the battle. The area where the recent battle took place became quiescent and the only one remaining left, the victor of this battle, goes off to find rest, but not after finding out what in gods name she is currently in on earth. She eventually sat down and put a cessation of her violent exertion, thinking about leaving this godforsaken dimension just for awhile, even though she now calls it home. With a flick of her wrist, she made a small tear on the fabric of her bleak world. Looking into her newly created tear she sees an image of a dark basement ,not much inside it just like her own world, and the only other object inside it is a throne. However, that is not what caught her attention, but rather the thing that looks like a man (is it even a man?) sitting upon it. The "man" does not emit an aura that is human however, so the female must be cautious. The pale skinned female scratched her brunette locks, thinking on how to approach this man. Lifting her black dress up to knee height she prepared to enter the other dimension only to have an approaching demon kick her un-expectantly on the hind quarters harshly into the portal. Flying through the portal she landed face first in front of the lethargic man dressed in red and black. With an irascible growl she looked back at the recently closed tear that concealed the giggling monster and looked face first into the man she just landed in front of.
