no like genuinely someone talk to me about this. the story is amazing, the actors were perfect for their roles, and the more you rewatch it, the more nuances you find. it's focused on exactly the right things, and gives just enough time for other stuff(like inder with his dad and kaveri and her relationship with sanjay and how she treated saru) so you know enough to understand and like have an opinion on, but it doesnt take away from the main story. the character development is extraordinary, we see how inder changes himself(now that i think about it, probably subconsciously) so he can be a guy thats deserving of saru, and we see how saru eventually starts to be a bit more bold, and advocate for herself rather than just follow whatever shes told or whatever happens. i dont like the whole makeover thing, she was also gorgeous before(but i understand that its pretty much a staple at this point, across different cinemas). i genuinely do not understand why no one knows about this movie.

I can tell she's trying to feign disinterest, but she's as excited as Aaron and I to tell this story. "It's a fun one. I say.
