Over a week ago I made a commitment to myself to walk 10,000 steps every day, plus 4 x gym workouts and so far I’ve stuck to this commitment. Then today happened and it was 4pm and I hadn’t even done 2000 steps! We’re also in the midst of a heatwave with extreme humidity! But I was committed! So despite how hot and horrible it was outside, I went for my walk to the park and back (with an extra lap around the park!).
