Yesterday was #BellLetsTalk day, which was created to help end the stigma around mental illness and raise awareness of what mental illness really is. How it works: the Bell company is donating 5 Canadian cents for every hashtag #BellLetsTalk 🖤 All money raised will be donated to Canadian mental health initiatives. I’m a day late, but it is so important to remember every day that mental illness is nothing to be ashamed of. That you are not alone. That you matter. That you are enough. That help is out there.
