Work Visa Suspension Extended to Non-Immigrant Workers

President TrumpOrdered a suspension on entry of certain Non-Immigrant work visas through December, 2020.  Visas effected by the decision are the H-2B, temporary, Non-agricultural seasonal workers,  H-1B temporary specialty workers, L-1 intracompany transferees, and J-1  Visas.  The effective date of the Order is June 24, 2020.
