Looking for new mods

It has become painfully evident over these past few months that I alone cannot run this blog, I will be looking for two more mods to help run this blog while I get my life sorted, hopefully so the place doesn't get abandoned completely. If you would like a position as a mod please send me a message, I will pick the two most qualified mods based on how willing you are to help contribute to managing this mess of a blog with me and help cleaning it up, artists are also quite welcome. Thank you all for reading! And remember submissions are also very welcome here as even with multiple mods it will be difficult to make even one post daily each. i know the meet up has been postponed but,i know this is stupid and all,very stupid of me.but can't the location be changed to mc Donald's or no?

Fair question, but the entire meet-up can't be moved to McDonalds because the establishment just isn't big enough for all of us, plus that many people together would be kicked out rather quickly since we're bound to get loud. Also it's not that fun to hang out in MickeyDs for an entire day.

If you're going to make rules about conflicting meetups, you need to make regulations about how many meetups people can sign up for and run. You can't only make half the rules on this situation, otherwise the service can be abused and lose it's function.

Ok here is the thing,we don’t have any power over how the meets are executed or how they’re planned. We’re not the government when it comes to the nyc meet-ups, nor do we claim any ownership of them. We’re just a group of people who out of their own free will and volition try to organize the ones the other fans are making, as well as provide any information about them or the community for those interested. I will say that you do have a point though, it’s not really fair if the same person(s) is making meet-ups left and right. We’re working on a system to control submissions more, but we don’t have any power over what people decide to do, we only relay information in a way that reaches more people.

Sorry for not being that active for the past week or so, I've been coordinating family holiday shenanigans and haven't had time to update that regularly! The blog should be getting back to usual speed soon! And I'll be cueing some ideas and whatnot so as per usual submissions are always more than welcome!!
