Really? They emailed me with my ticket right away :/
I bought the ticket on the 10th. I was contacted via email on the 12th that my 'order was deleted'. However, Creation's charge on my bank account posted the same day, going from an authorization to an actual charge. So I called and there was a lot of confusion as to whether or not I paid. They talked to accounting, and they were paid but it didn't say for which con my money was for. And then someone in ticketing was supposed to contact me with my tickets. And she did, but then she wanted my c/c info again to pay for the ticket--when I've already paid. So so said she'd call me yesterday. I called yesterday and talked with customer service again and she said she'd forward an email to the ticketing ppl again. But they never called me. And I still do not have my ticket. And it's just ridiculous at this point.
