So I had this like fever dream last night about how supernatural will end. I do not remember the majority of the details but here's the basis of it:
-It's the last episode and everything is going downhill. As per usual, the boys have a plan, one that involves a sacrifice (Surprise Surprise)
-I think for some reason Sam was possessed by someone but he had managed to gain control? Pretty sure it had something to do with God
-(The dream kinda took place towards the end of the episode so just deal with me here)
-They have a plan, create this self destructing time travel portal thingy
-The way it works is they likewalk into it, magic happens, (Rowena helped them with the portal) and everything goes back to normal.
-So theres the usual, 'no this is crazy we cant just sacrifice ourselves, blah blah blah, how would this stop god, blah blah blah, ok fine it's for the greater good)
-Now you might be wondering why Sam and Dean would need to destroy themselves in order to fix everything, well simple.
-Since Sam and God are connected? I guess? If something happens to Sam, it also happens to God. Therefore if Sam gos bye bye, so does God.
-Dean refuses to continue living without Sam so he is doing it as well.
-The self sacrificing doesnt end there, because Cas decides to destroy himself in the portal along with the boys!
-Since they are his family and he doesnt want to live in a world without the people who made him human, hes doing it to.
-Now here is where it gets weird because for some reason Rowena and Jack (who is back to normal and alive I guess) ALSO decide to do it to.
-Don't have much of an explanation for that, I cant control my subconscious.
-Anyways! They are all grouped up in front of this portal that is shining blood red, there is sad music playing, but somehow it seems hopeful? Idk it was weird, my brain is weird.
-Jack and Rowena are standing next to each other, then Cas is behind them, and then finally Sam and Dean next to each other behind him.
-They are all like standing super close and smiling while slightly crying, they all made peace with their decision and its finally happening.
-Jack and Rowena walk in first, it shines incredibally bright, then Cas turns around and smiles at Sam and Dean before walking in. Finally Sam and Dean stand there, they look at each other and smile
-Finally they walk in, the portal shines, shines, shines, then
-All is quiet, all is normal again
AND THEN I WOKE UP!
Honestly idk if this is the ending I would want for the boys, it also confuses me as to why Rowena wanted to join along but whatever. I felt like sharing this to y'all so enjoy my subconscious plotting away.
