life/studies update 12/21/24 :)
this blog kind of died but i want to bring it back! here we go…
i have enrolled in an environmental science class at my local community college! i’m really excited :) it officially started yesterday and my school’s winter break also just started, so i’m hoping to get as much as i can of it done over the two-week break (the class is completely asynchronous, so this is technically possible)
my score for my first sat test also came back yesterday, which will be under the cut!
plans for break:
envsci class — going to try to do 4/12 modules!
apush notes — chapters 22-24 is my goal
driver’s ed — i should have done this last year.. i think i can do it all over break
relaxation — watching arcane, finish the zines i’ve been drawing, journal a lot, read (currently: the 1619 project by nikole hannah-jones)
self-care — wake up at 7, shower and dress every day, leave the house every day?, see friends at least twice a week?
sat score below!
Just kinda. Purple's response can be seen as surrendering here, but bowing is a response to put in with respect and/or submission.
Not that submission is a weird response to this scenario, but that it's actually... apparently very common for them considering that this isn't the first time they bow as a response? While it isn't a weird response here either, it's the fact that they don't question it. It comes on methodically and(seemingly?) very naturally.
This makes me think a lot about what etiquette is in their family dynamic/environment and how much I want it to be explored. Am I thinking too deeply? Perhaps. But in comparison to every other character, it doesn't come off automatic and/or naturally nor is it perceived as such. Only with King because he has a role of.. a king, so it's expected of course. But Purple? Shrugs. Think there's value to be held here
Who cares if cdg got first place. Our King is going to play a role in season 5 OUR KING IS GOING TO PLAY A ROLE IN SEASON 5
So purple is a runaway?
Mm yeah. Oh how many years?
SORRY 8 FUCKING YEARS?
please let my stinky stick make it up to the top 8 this year's poll PLEASE
wanting to make a short comic depicting your take on a certain dynamic with dozens of mini implications included means you actually need to draw backgrounds
5 fucking backgrounds and 2 involve my imagination
I think the way the King and Purp became a lot more enjoyable to me as a duo when I stopped believing they shared a found familial-like bond needs to be studied in a lab
