Last night, I posted “pre-MIA” headcanons about JLeone, then realized just this evening that, despite the sudden spoilers, it all works out.

Thought to finally write out some headcanons for pre-MIA Jacob Leone. (Weird that his future son has more of a story than he does, but meh.)

Personality:

intelligent, reserved, observant, and fiercely independent

only looks approachable; hates people in general

hates small talk, socializing, and working with groups

obsessive behavior, restless, fidgets a lot

tactless and brutally honest

results-driven, impatient, short-tempered

little to no empathy for others nor for himself (often overworked, tired)

Background:

could have been Gryffindor prefect, but was generally unlikable

would rather keep quiet unless he hears something utterly stupid that he has to correct them

feels like cleaning up is a waste of time; hands and clothes are often stained with ink

got into fights a lot because of his bluntness; never without bruises; loses fights a lot

keeps his things in cluttered chaos, memorizes where everything is

Relationships:

not very close with Ari; childhood incident caused him trauma so he kept his distance

the favorite Leone grandson; elders had high expectations from him

Duncan Ashe is his closest confidant (”friend” for lack of better words); springboards ideas with him, regardless if the other listens
