Norath Kev, from Star Wars Resistance in Clone Wars-ish art style. There's surprisingly few Duros characters even though they're a Legacy species, showing up even in the very first movie, A New Hope. Yeah so... a bit unexpected fanservice for Norath fans. I was too proud of the anatomy to cover up with one of his costumes. Ya get a tank top wearin' Duros. Pretend he just did a work out or something. Norath strikes me as a guy who'd wear those silly fuzzy sweat/wristbands. haha. Drawing Tips: His face below the eyes is longer than the top half. His eyes are tear-dropped shaped, and his lids taper off almost like asian eye lids do sometimes. His brows/forehead have a separation between right and left orbital bones, sometimes seen in Nemoidians. Norath's features are very soft and young, not nearly as harsh angled or strong as either Bane or Shriv. That being said, he has an adam's apple! He's long and lanky, which is typical for Duros. I gave him a scar on his shoulder, cuz he's a Resistance fighter, he's probably gotten shot somewhere along the way. He didn't have any scars on his face. OH! and his jaw is narrower than his cheekbones, with a very rounded chin. Norath, I think, the Duros version of a pretty boy. Like seriously, look at him. He's like a K-pop star. About Norath's coloring... Orange/gold eyes and Green skin? That seems to be rare for Duros, which could be seen as desirable or exotic. On the other hand, Nemoidians are also green, which could be a turn off. However, that may no longer be the case by the Sequels Era, since tensions between the two races had smoothed over in the decades after the Clone Wars. Who knows, maybe he has a bit of mixed blood somewhere along the way? Just a thought.
He doesn't look happy, which is not really in-character? Maybe someone just challenged him to a push-up contest. Being a lizard man, he'd win, naturally. Unless it was Shriv. Shriv would win. HEADCANON: Duros grooms have to prove their worthiness of marrying the bride by performing a huge number of push-ups, which is a physical test of... endurance. It's also a display of dominance between Duros males. It's old-fashioned, but still holds cultural significance and is often acted out in holo-dramas. --------------------------------------------------------------------------
