Gluten Free Vegan Muffins Our Vegan muffins have 16 different ingredients excluding the different flavours. Jaggery Sugar, is unrefined sugar made from cane sugar, in India,that comes in putty form, is the sugar we use for our muffins. We do make sugar free muffins from Erythritol derived from corn We make our own vegan butter and Soya Bean yougurt that is added to the muffins. All our muffins have fresh fruit Pulp and fresh fruit juice and Sunflower Flour as the additional fibre The images above show our Apple and Nutmeg Muffin. One will notice in the segmentation the crumb structure is fine and similar to gluten.
