PAUL'S DAILY DOSE OF DISNEY MUSIC #47 Where Is Your Heart At (Meet The Robinsons)

Okay... Meet The Robinsons. Of all the Disney soundtracks I've had to work my way through for this series, this was definitely the biggest surprise. I've only seen this film a couple of times and it never really thrilled me. Nice ideas, disappointing execution. I do remember the lounge-music frogs being pretty neat, so I figured there would probably be some pretty great laid-back tracks; I did not expect to find the likes of Jaime Cullum, Rufus Wainwright, There Might Be Giants and Danny Elfman on the same album. Like... wow. (Also The Jonas Brothers, but shhh let's not ruin this.)

I'm pretty sure this is one of the songs the frogs sing (Jaime Cullum voices the lead frog... again, I did not know that until today) but since I don't remember the exact details of this film very clearly and finding clips online was a nightmare, I can't be sure. I never made it an actual rule that music I choose had to be in the film. The soundtrack album is close enough and this song is too good to pass up.

So, without further excuses, here is Jaime Cullum singing Where Is Your Heart At, written by Rufus Wainwright, because that is one killer combination of artists.
