“That’s a nice bum you have right there,” James noted as he walked through the living room of the empty house. His attention set on the bent man that either was looking for something under the table, or simply hiding. Eitherway, non was much of a bother, as neither of those would justify his presence there. “Now, what are you doing in my property? I know it’s empty but I have to sell it tomorrow and I wouldn’t want to find thati t’s been used without permission. My permission to be more precise.”

Jimmy glanced over at their sleeping form with a slight smirk on his lips. They really were rather gorgeous. And while he wasn't necessarily interested in anything too serious, he wasn't in his twenties anymore, and so he rather than planning on sneaking out and never speaking to her again, he got up, pulled his boxers and undershirt on and padded quietly to the kitchen to see what ingredients it offered. He was able to find eggs and bacon and figured that would suffice. After a bit he heard her come into the kitchen and turning to see the look of surprise on his face he couldn't help as his smirk returned. "Morning."

     Alex no dejaba de llorar y a esa altura el rubio ya no sabía que hacer. Mentalmente repasaba todo lo que había hecho en el día con la niña y no sabía si le había faltado algo. La había alimentado, le había cambiado el pañal y hasta le había cantado, pero nada había funcionado. Al salir al balcón con la pequeña en brazos aún llorando, se percató que al lado también estaba uno de sus vecinos afuera. “Buenas noches” Le comentó algo avergonzado por la situación, mientras mecía a la pequeña de un lado a otro. “Perdona todo el ruido, a veces el aire fresco la calma.”Le explicó sin que en realidad le hubiese pedido explicación alguna.

     James mantenía a Alex en sus brazos, cuidando que la pequeña niña estuviese en sus brazos y apoyada contra su pecho todo el tiempo, para así evitar cualquier incidente. Estando en el metro, se le hacía algo difícil mirar a la pantalla de su móvil para así ubicarse en el GPS. Decidió simplemente volverse hacía la persona que estaba a su lado y así pedir indicaciones. “Oye, ¿sabes donde queda la torre Chrysler? No... No se muy bien ubicarme aquí.”

     James, a donde quiera que fuera, si se apartaba de su departamento, llevaba el monitor de Alex a todos lados. En aquel instante en que miró el aparato y observó que la pequeña bebé de seis meses comenzaba a moverse inquieta en su cuna, no dudó ni por un segundo de dejar el entrenamiento y correr hasta el departamento donde vivía (tuvo que tomar las escaleras para una acción más rápida). Al llegar al pasillo donde se encontraba su puerta, divisó una figura y mientras se acercaba con paso decidido y sus manos sobre sus caderas, frunció el ceño. “¿Se te ofrece algo?”
